Mitch Tucker, PGA
Mitch is a PGA Associate, an experienced teacher and club fitter, with a strong competitive background in collegiate and professional golf. A guaduate of both Indian Hills CC and the University of Missouri-Kansas City(UMKC), Mitch was a standout player on both golf teams. He earned First Team All-American Honors at Indian hills and was a First Team All-Conference performer at UMKC. Following his collegiate career, Mitch went on to compete professionally on the Adams Tour, further deepening his understanding of the game at a high level. he now brings that same passion and expertise to every lesson and club fitting, helping players of all elvels improve and perform their best.

Ken Schall, PGA
Ken has had a profound interest in teaching the game of golf for over 30 years. Dozens of his students have attained college golf scholarships and gone on to become PGA Professionals.
He is a 3 time Iowa PGA Teacher of the Year recipient for “Outstanding service and excellence as an instructor, leader and promoter of the game of golf.”
Ken is also a 7-Time Iowa PGA Player of the Year and former PGA Tour player who has competed in 9 major Championships, including 2 US Opens and 7 PGA Championships.
In 2012, Ken was inducted into the Iowa Golf Hall of Fame
Seth Svejda, PGA
Seth is a Class A PGA Professional, and TPI Certified. Beginning his teaching career in 2017 at Indian Creek, he fell in love with teaching through Junior Camps/Clinics. Since then, he has been involved with one-one-one coaching and player development programs at every facility he’s worked with.
Since starting at Ken Schall Golf in 2022, Seth has delivered thousands of lessons, helping players that range from true beginners to state champions. If you’re looking for someone that’s going to simplify the game and get rid of all the undesired clutter going on in your head, look no further!
In 2025, Seth was chosen as the Iowa PGA Teacher of the Year!
Jon Cornish
Jon is a GolfWRX Certified fitter and builder, and is also certified through every major OEM to fit their products.
At Ken Schall Golf, Jon manages the repair room and handles a majority of all our fittings. If you’re looking for one of the best, most knowledgable people in the industry, look no further! In 6 years at Ken Schall Golf, Jon has fit more than 3000 people!
Sam Rice, PGA
Sam Rice is a highly skilled golf instructor and a Progressional Golf Management Alum from the University of Nerbaska-Lincoln. Throughout his career, he has refined his teach through PGA Internships at prestigious golf facilities, including The Aspen Club, Glen Oaks Country Club, The Traditions Club, Des Moines Golf & Country Club, and most recently at Hyperion Golf Club.
Since joining Ken Schall Golf in 2020, Sam has delivered numrous game-changing lessons and is passionate about helping golfers improve and take their game to the next level. Recognized as one of Golf Digests Top Teachers in the State of Iowa for 2026-27, and a 2024 Nominee for Iowa PGA Teacher of the Year. Sam’s comprehensive knowledge of the game, paired with his commitment to student development positions him as a leader in the field of golf instruction.
